From 02/02/2026 to 31/12/2026, you will be able to enter the monthly draw for fantastic prizes by answering questions about the ticket office experience.

The prize draw will take place by the 15th of the next month of participation.

The winner will be informed within 3 working days of the draw, by an e-mail sent to the e-mail box provided during registration or by phone call if provided.

In the case of winning Samsung Earphones, Samsung Galaxy Watch, Samsung Galaxy Tab, Outin Coffee Machine or Delsey Backpack, the winner will be able to pick up the prize at the Trenord ticket office where he/she participated in the initiative. In the event that the winner is unable to pick up the prize because he/she is domiciled outside Lombardy or abroad, the prize will be sent directly to the Customer's address of residence/domicile.
